Alerts as valuable as the events behind them
Custom fields, action buttons, and scheduled digests keep your team informed without the noise.
How it works
Turn Help Scout webhooks into alerts you'll actually read.
Help Scout can send you a webhook — basically a big chunk of data about what happened — every time something happens in your Help Scout account. HookFeed filters out the noise and sends beautiful alerts or digests to Slack or your inbox.
